bicing in disguise

I saw this at the Gracia festival. I really do wonder what the point of it is. It must be easier to just steal a normal bicycle. Or just buy a cheap one and save the money for saddle decoration and paint job. 

As this is was in Gracia it probably was some anti capitalist student who enjoys destroying other peoples property to demonstrate his superiority while complaining about the low quality of the bicing service.
